Suggestion from the survey – Being 100% clear and transparent

Suggestion:
Being 100% clear and transparent in the way the store will be supplying”organic/healthy” food is most important. In Bangladesh even though a lot of places say its “organic/healthy/prepared with this good ingredient and that good ingredient” people are still doubtful. A clear explanation of where the ingredient comes from and even easy access to people to verify that would be a bonus. Ultimately without having organizations to put the ORGANIC stamp its really based on trust. Good luck.

Our thought:
We think that’s our best survival tool – gain the trust and being transparent. It’s sounds simple but actually not. Since we don’t have widely accepted label for Organic / responsibly grown products, we will put our highest concentration on sourcing/ producing the products that we will keep in our store.

One thing is possible – we can disclose where from we are getting the products and how it has been grown/produced. Perhaps for every cooked/baked product will have ingredients list and source information.

We are sourcing of our products which are non GMO and responsibly produced by small scale producers/farmers who are producing for their own household use and selling the rest for local market.
